High School esports is a healthy, challenging and fun activity that can play a formative role in building life skills for students. Skills that are normally associated with traditional sports, including resilience, communication, teamwork and discipline are skills, are also critical to esport success. High School esports provides a platform for students to develop important 21st century skills such as critical and creative thinking, problem-solving and ICT Skills through their passion for video games. Our competitions also promotes a sense of school pride, increases engagement improves the mental well-being of students, and builds characteristics that are crucial for personal growth.
