The aim of the St Margaret’s Robotics Club is to get the girls excited about and grow their skills in science, technology and engineering. Students in Years 5, 6& 7 meet weekly in their lunch break to discover the art of designing, building and operating robots.
Each week a challenge is set for the robot to perform a series of movements.
The Robotics Club not only builds STEM knowledge but develops students skills in problem solving, innovation, collaboration and critical and creative thinking; life-long skills transferrable to any field.
