Activities

While formal schooling and a vibrant extracurricular program keep our boarders engaged during the week, there is always plenty of time for rest, recreation and exploration beyond the school gates. Whether planned or spontaneous, there is always something happening, giving the girls many opportunities to relax, connect and have fun.

Our dedicated Wellbeing & Activities Coordinator curates a comprehensive calendar of varied weekend excursions and on-site activities. Below is an example of a typical weekend program.

In addition to organised activities, boarders enjoy after-hours access to many of the school's outstanding facilities. The campus becomes their backyard - a place to unwind, play, and try new things. The girls love making the most of:

  • The pool, often filled with inflatable toys and plenty of laughter
  • The Philip Harris Gym, a favourite for games such as dodgeball, capture the flag, Pac Man and more.

Below is a sample activities schedule.

Within the Boarding House itself, girls also have access to a well-stocked games cupboard, offering sporting equipment (cricket gear, bowls, skipping ropes, mini-golf, giant Jenga, footballs, tennis racquets, etc) as well as arts and crafts supplies for beading, painting, crocheting and other creative projects.

As a full-time boarding house, our community remains active every weekend. The house does not empty when weekly boarders go home so there are always plenty of friends around - ensuring a lively, supportive, and social environment seven days a week.
