St Margaret’s offers an extensive Choral Program to students. The choirs perform at a wide variety of events including Open Day, Classics in the Cathedral, Soaring Upwards and MAYO Arts festivals, competitions, tours and community events. They rehearse once a week (as per published Music Ensemble Timetable) and perform a wide variety of repertoire.

- Serenata (Years 2-3) non-auditioned
- Belle Voci (Years 4-6) non-auditioned
- Primary Chorale (Years 5-6) *must be a member of Belle Voci. Non-auditioned; however, a higher level of commitment is required
- Volare (Years 7-8), auditioned choir
- Encorah (Years 7-12), non-auditioned choir
- Exultate (Years 9-12) auditioned choir suited to more advanced singers
