You have been invited to St Margaret's Trends in Education (PDF 244.3KB) on Wednesday 19 May from 5.30pm - 7.00pm.
Please note there is a COVID Safe Checklist in place for this event. In accordance with the checklist, you need to provide us with certain information as outlined in the form below and all guests will also need to adhere to the following restrictions:
- all attendees will need to check in upon the arrival via the Check IN QLD app
- hand sanitiser will be available
- no person should attend if they have, in the last 14 days, travelled from overseas or a COVID-19 hotspot or had close contact with a person who is positive for COVID-19
- no person should attend if they are or have recently experienced cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath.
