Year 3 Strings Morning and Celebration
If you are attending the Year 3 Strings Morning and Celebration on Tuesday 17 November (11am - 12noon) you must RSVP below. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, only two adults per child will be able to attend and must register below.
In accordance with the COVID Safe Event Checklist in place for this event, you need to provide us with certain information as outlined in the form below and all guests will also need to adhere to the following restrictions:
- all attendees will be required to physical distance
- all attendees will be required to use hand sanitiser upon entering the event
- no person should attend if they have, in the last 14 days, travelled from overseas or a COVID-19 hotspot or had close contact with a person who is positive for COVID-19, or has COVID-19
- no person should attend if they are or have recently experienced cough, fever, sore throat, fatigue or shortness of breath.
Please note that no one will be able to attend if they have not registered and completed all the information required.
