Trends in Education

In 2014, St Margaret’s embraced a new initiative with the introduction of its Trends in Education Series. Each of these seminars, held three times a year, addresses a significant current educational topic​ and is delivered by an expert in the area of focus.

Our first Trends in Education seminar (PDF 187.4KB) for 2017 is with Mr Chris Farrelly, Manager - STEM Enrichment Programs at St Margaret's. Chris returned to St Margaret's this year having spent 2016 at QUT as STEM Teacher in Residence.
