In 2014, St Margaret’s embraced a new initiative with the introduction of its Trends in Education Series. Each of these seminars, held three times a year, addresses a significant current educational topic and is delivered by an expert in the area of focus.
Our first Trends in Education seminar (PDF 187.4KB) for 2017 is with Mr Chris Farrelly, Manager - STEM Enrichment Programs at St Margaret's. Chris returned to St Margaret's this year having spent 2016 at QUT as STEM Teacher in Residence.
