Dr Robyn Wilson is the Founder and CEO of Praxis Management Consulting, a Singapore-based firm that provides facilitated strategy and leadership-related services to the greater Asia Region (covering Japan, Australia and the Middle East and everything in-between).

Regarded as a leadership and facilitation expert in Asia, Robyn has been based in Singapore since 1996 and has worked across most industries and a range of organisations from global multinationals, including BHP, Hilton, Barclays and Singtel, to start-ups, SMEs, government entities and development banks.

Prior to moving to Singapore, Robyn worked at the University of Western Australia for a decade and led and managed significant change involving moving an IT environment from campus mainframe computing to a highly complex distributed multi-platform computing infrastructure (back in late 80s, early 90s in the most remote capital city in the world). This is also where she started working with A.I.

Believing in championing young women, Robyn is currently an Ambassador for WomenLEAD Nepal. She also actively mentors younger women who are at various stages in their careers or in the process of managing a start-up.  Amongst other qualifications, Robyn has a PhD from the National University of Singapore, a Masters of Engineering from UWA and a Bachelor of Science Mathematics from The University of Queensland.

Of her time at St Margaret’s Robyn, said “On top of a good education, I was allowed to have a go at so many different activities, including music (piano), musicals, many sports, debating and school trips to the snow. We could have a go, try again – whether we succeeded or not. This builds the ability to explore, have a go, curiosity and resilience – all very important when venturing into new territories. We were also not constrained around what we dreamt of doing post school.”
