Alison is one of Australia’s most experienced property executives with an extensive track record of success, having previously held positions as CEO of RetireAustralia, Executive General Manager Retirement at Aveo Group, CEO Growth Management Queensland for the Queensland State Government and Executive General Manager of Sanctuary Cove.
With more than 25 years’ experience as a CEO and senior executive in the property development and aged care/seniors sectors, Alison brings a depth of experience to several boards and currently acts as a Non Executive Director for the following organisations; BWP Trust an ASX 200 listed REIT, Uniting Care Queensland one of the largest employers in Queensland and SunCentral Maroochydore. Alison is also an Advisory Member of Economic Development Queensland’s Project Review Panel. She is a former director of the National Board of the Property Council of Australia and for three years was the National President of the Retirement Living Council. In 2019 Alison received an honorary life membership from the Property Council of Australia in recognition of her contributions to the seniors living sector in Australia.
A proud St Margaret’s Old Girl, Alison was on the Board of St Margaret’s School Council for nine years with six of those as Chair. Her daughter graduated from the school in 2021.
