Congratulations to Cate Hughes and Lucy Goodall who were announced as the 2019 Primary School Captains at a Whole School Assembly on Tuesday 20 November.
Deputy Principal Ms Karen Gorrie officially congratulated the girls and also thanked the outgoing leaders, Imogen Simpson and Sarah Greenwood for the wonderful job they have done as the Primary Captains for 2018.
Both Cate and Lucy have excelled through their years at the St Margaret’s Primary School and enthusiastically involved themselves in a range of extracurricular activities helping to enhance their leadership skills.
Lucy Goodall has attended St Margaret’s since Year 3 and thoroughly enjoys being a member of the primary choir as well as her sporting commitments with Andrews Cup Artistic Gymnastics and Andrews Cup swimming. Lucy also studies Speech and Drama.
Commencing her St Margaret’s journey in Pre-Prep, Cate also studies Speech and Drama. Her sporting commitments have been broad over the years including Andrews Cup swimming, Andrews Cup touch football, Andrews Cup athletics and netball. She has also participated as a member of the primary choir and in the Gateways Challenge in Year 3.
