The St Margaret's MAYO Arts Festival takes pride of place within Queensland's cultural calendar. The popular biennial festival is named in honour of prominent sculptor and St Margaret's Old Girl Daphne Mayo, one of Australia's finest sculptors.
Set within the stunning St Margaret's Arts Centre Foyer and adjacent open-air Terrace with the twinkling lights of the cityscape as a backdrop, the MAYO Arts Festival Gallery Cocktail Party supported by Cult Design is an opportunity to celebrate the official launch of the St Margaret's MAYO Arts Festival. Wander the gallery space, savouring the fine art on display whilst enjoying sumptuous gourmet canapes. All art will be available for purchase on the evening with something to suit all tastes and budgets.
Cocktail Party tickets are $60 per person and include:
- Gourmet canape menu
- Drink on arrival. A cash bar will be available for beverage purchases throughout the evening
- Access to art gallery exhibition showcasing emerging and established local and national artists. Artworks will be available for purchase on the night.
