Over 125 years ago, the Sisters of the Society of the Sacred Advent established St Margaret’s to give girls the opportunity to be educated, the opportunity of a better future.

Their work continues to this day and is reflected in our mission statement to prepare girls to become “confident, compassionate, capable women able to contribute to a global community”.

Our new appeal – “Every Girl Every Opportunity” – reflects this ambition we have for every girl.

On Thursday 20th of May, for just 24 hours, donations to the St Margaret’s Building or Scholarship Funds will be doubled thanks to the generosity of our matching donors.

For 24 hours only, your gift will be doubled by our generous matching donors. Your $5 donation becomes $10; $50 becomes $100, and $500 becomes $1,000!

Your building fund donation will help us to ensure our facilities can continue to deliver the best education to St Margaret’s students. Your donation to our scholarship fund will provide some girls the opportunity of a St Margaret’s education they never thought they would have.
