This year our theme is ‘Star Gazing’ where we are celebrating artists such as JMW Turner, Justinna Napaljarri Sims, Edvard Munch, Camille Pissarro and Vincent Van Gogh whose works capture the magnificent display of light, colour and life that occurs above our heads each night.
Your ticket includes a four-course experience, designed by the fabulous Head Chef Scott Johnson, where you will be surrounded by artwork from the local Fireworks Gallery.

Professional Women’s Network Breakfast
Tickets are now on sale for the third Professional Women's Network Breakfast for 2023 with guest speaker Jane Carland.
Jane Carland is the General Manager of Castrol for Australia and New Zealand. She has over 25 years’ experience in the energy sector across ANZ and Asia Pacific having worked in most aspects of the energy value chain including Operations, Marketing, Sales, Strategy and Business Development. She also holds several Director roles.
Jane has had the opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation and energy transition initiatives, providing customers with alternate, lower emission energy options. Prior to her current role, she led the development of LNG as an alternative fuel across Asia Pacific which provided her and the family an amazing cultural experience. She is passionate about customers and seeing people achieve their potential.
