A new partnership between Nu‑Pure Beverages and St Margaret’s will contribute to the school’s focus on health, sustainability, and student wellbeing.
St Margaret’s continues to have a strong focus on sustainability, with a particular emphasis on environmental responsibility woven into school life, both in the classroom and within the operations of the school.
“At St Margaret’s, our ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Framework brings sustainability to the forefront of how we operate and deliver the educational experience for our students. Partnering with organisations like Nu Pure Beverages, whose environmental consciousness aligns with our own, enriches the student experience and shows our young people how shared values can drive meaningful change,” said Principal, Ros Curtis AM.
These values mirror the mission of Nu‑Pure Beverages, a Queensland-based company proudly bottling Australian spring water sourced responsibly from some of the country’s most pristine natural environments, with a commitment to sustainability through bottles made from 100% recycled and fully recyclable plastic.
Through this partnership, Nu‑Pure will supply bottled water for the school’s boarding house, sporting fixtures, and cafeteria, ensuring students stay hydrated while supporting environmentally conscious choices.
For Nu‑Pure, the collaboration is an opportunity to invest in a community that shares its vision for a healthier, more sustainable future.
“We believe strong communities are built on a foundation of health and wellbeing. Our partnership with St Margaret’s reflects that belief, and we’re proud to support students with access to quality hydration as part of their daily lives,” shared Kim Brown, Marketing & Sponsorships Manager.
The donation of Nu-Pure products will in turn provide a contribution to St Margaret’s Endowment Fund, designed to deliver opportunities and support to St Margaret’s students for generations to come.
