In this session, Dr Chris Blundell, from QUT's School of Teacher Education and Leadership, will provide an overview of the current state of AI in education and the implications for teaching, learning and assessment. The session will include opportunities to explore ways for teachers and students to use AI.

Dr Blundell is Academic Lead for QUT's Master of Education degrees. He teaches units on assessment, digital pedagogies, and leadership across all of QUT's education degrees. His research focusses on design-based professional learning and the challenges of integrating digital technologies in teacher practice.
