About Caitlin 

Caitlin is an agribusiness and litigation lawyer at Clayton Utz. Since graduating from St Margaret’s, Caitlin has completed a Certificate Course in International Business Law at Oxford university (2012), a dual-degree of a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Business (Finance) at the Queensland University of Technology (2013); National Mediator Accreditation at Bond University (2014); a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the College of Law (2015); a Masters of Laws (Honours) at the University of Melbourne (2020), and obtained Certified Chair accreditation through the Advisory Board Centre (2022). She was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2015, and the High Court of Australia in 2016; and was an Associate in the Federal Court of Australia in 2015. In 2020, Caitlin was recognised as one of the top 50 early-career lawyers in Australia, and in 2022, as one of the top agribusiness professionals in Australia. 

In conjunction with her role at Clayton Utz, Caitlin is currently a Director of the Royal Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland (RNA) Foundation, Chair and Non-Executive Director of the Future Farmers Network, and a sixth-generation grazier on her family’s historical property, which produces beef cattle in Toogoolawah, Queensland. As an advocate for youth in agriculture, she has contributed to a great number of forums on topics including agriculture, agribusiness and climate risk, as well as mental health and wellness.
